  • Singapore BA Strategy: TWG advised the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore on promoting and developing its BA/GA market, including sector analysis and airport/FBO infrastructure assessment.
  • U.S. – China Aviation Summit: Uniworld served as a contractor for the U.S. Trade and Development Agency providing interpretation, translation and logistic support in the U.S. – China Aviation Summit.
  • Caribbean GA Strategy: TWG is advising a Caribbean nation on the best strategy for developing and promoting GA and BA in the country, including regulatory and infrastructure analysis.
  • U.S. Aerospace Industry China Mission: Uniworld was invited by the United States Embassy's Commercial Department in Beijing to provide a presentation on aviation business opportunities in China to the U.S. Aerospace Industry during their mission to China.
  • DeerJet Strategy and Alliances: TWG’s Michael Fleming advised DeerJet, China’s largest charter operator, on compliance with international best practices and alliance strategies; Mr. Fleming also assisted the CAAC in the development of its regulatory approach to on-demand air taxi operations.
  • China General Aviation Forum: Uniworld has served as the organizer of the China General Aviation Forum since 2003, the most attended and business oriented general aviation roundtable meeting in China for international suppliers and operators to meet and do business with China’s counterparts.
  • Pearl River Delta Airports Study: On behalf of China’s Zhuhai Airport and the Hong Kong Airport Authority, TWG’s Michael Fleming undertook a comprehensive express air cargo study of the cooperative group of five airports serving the dynamic Pearl River Delta region and included market analysis, financial modeling, traffic forecasting, evaluation of infrastructure and technical evaluation of air traffic control.
  • USG China Support: Uniworld’s Francis Chao served as a contractor supplying interpretation, translation and logistic support for federal government agencies, including the FAA and DoD in the U.S. – China Aviation Exchange Program for more than 10 years.
  • Hainan Airlines Investment and Strategy: TWG’s Michael Fleming prepared strategic plans and information memoranda supporting the efforts of China’s HNA Group / Hainan Airlines to obtain third-party capital infusions.
  • Support to U.S. Aerospace Industry in China: Uniworld provided interpretation and translation support to the Honorable, Robert Smith Walker, Chairman of the Commission on the Future of the U.S. Aerospace Industry, while Mr. Walker was visiting China and meeting with state aviation authorities, manufacturers and operators.
  • TAG Group Strategic Plan and Acquisitions: TWG’s Michael Fleming prepared the global strategic plan to position TAG Group as the leader in BA services including: industry assessment; acquisition of Europe’s largest charter company; acquisition of a U.S.-based aircraft management company; early strategy for serving China via Hong Kong; obtaining lease for and redeveloping London’s Farnborough Aerodrome.
  • Support to Ireland Enterprise in China: Uniworld was invited by Ireland Enterprise to help Irish aviation industries to understand aviation business opportunities in China and how to approach their Chinese counterparts
  • Atlantic Aviation FBO Chain:TWG advises Atlantic Aviation, a leading FBO and airport management company with a focus on BA, in a host of commercial, regulatory and operational matters over a long period of time.
  • China Pavilion: Uniworld has organized the China Pavilion at EAA Air Venture and the annual NBAA Convention since 2011. The goal of the China Pavilion is to provide a permanent platform for Chinese GA authorities, operators and buyers to meet and exchange with international communities regarding the building of China's GA industry.

  • Aviation Equipment Marketing in China: Uniworld led a joint marketing effort with Intersoft-Electronics, a Belgium based high-tech company, to promote and provide radar and ADS-B testing and analysis equipment and technology to China. For more than a decade, Uniworld has earned and maintained 100% market share in this field providing equipment and services to Civil and Military ATC authorities, Research Institutes, and Universities.
  • Saudi VIP Completions Support: TWG represented Saudi Royal Flight in connection with a complex commercial dispute over the VIP completion of an A340 aircraft, leading to successful completion with minimal disruption.
  • Aviation Noise Consulting in China: Uniworld is leading a joint marketing effort with HMMH (Harris, Miller, Miller and Hanson, a U.S.-based aviation noise consultancy) to provide consultation services to the CAAC, Beijing Capital and other major airports in China on aviation noise monitoring and mitigation projects. The Uniworld/HMMH team is the only paid noise consultant in China with a track record of serving major hub airports.
  • Bombardier Flexjet Strategic Planning: TWG’s Michael Fleming advised Flexjet, the aircraft fractional ownership of Bombardier, over a number of years on its competitive position; created / evaluated innovative new service offerings including a successful block charter “card” program; prepared report entitled “Private Jet Travel Study: Understanding the Options,” that analyzed the various BA programs, their benefits and weaknesses.
  • Marketing Business Jet Ground Equipment in China: Uniworld is acting as the lead player in a joint marketing effort with LEKTRO (an U.S. company) in selling tow-bar-less tugs for business aviation owners and operators in China. The Uniworld/LEKTRO team enjoys 100% market share in the field of business jets in China.
  • Skyjet Development and Strategic Alliance: TWG’s Michael Fleming advised Skyjet, the first online air charter broker, over a number of years on regulatory compliance, analysis of the market and its growth potential, and locating strategic partners for the company, leading ultimately to its affiliation with the Bombardier family of BA companies.
  • Beijing Capital Airport Consulting: Uniworld served as a consultant for Beijing Capital International Airport in designing and developing specifications for training and building the Air Rescue and Fire Fighting simulator.
  • Delta AirElite Charter Pricing Study: TWG’s Michael Fleming conducted a rigorous economic analysis of the all-in pricing level of on-demand charter, fractional ownership, block charter and similar programs on behalf of Delta Airlines’ BA unit, leading to a major new market initiative in the sector.
